One of my current projects is to redesign a cosy garden flat in Edinburgh’s New Town. The back of the property has patio doors out into a small terraced garden. These flood the space with light and I have already specified a forest green kitchen that is going to look FABULOUS! The spacious front room however, has a gloomy view of the below street level entrance.

My expertise is in soft furnishing and particularly window dressing and I have a feeling this has inspired the perfect solution for this gloomy room. Happily my clients have some fabulous art and I am so excited to start the design for this room. Planning to soften the green hues as you travel through, the from back to front. There will be sustainable furniture made natural materials. Visualising forest inspired prints, textures and natural warm tones. Exciting!
